We endeavor to bring the best AFOL experience to you by fans 4 fans! After traveling across North America to most of this year’s LEGO® conventions, we’re pulling together the best of the best aspects of a LEGO® convention to celebrate and reward the creativity within our community.

BrickCentric celebrates the Adult Fans of LEGO® (AFOLs), who actively collect, build, or engage with our LEGO® fan community.  We are a passionate group focusing on complex builds or MOCs (My Own Creations), learning from each other’s vision, creativity, and building techniques. Ultimately, we form long-lasting connections one brick at a time.

Once you get the AFOL Pass you will be able to compete in the BrickCentric Games Arena. You will want to choose your three slots in advance.  One-day pass holders will have the possibility of competing during Saturday’s schedule.  May the odds be ever in your favor!

LA 2026 Competition Themes

BrickCentric celebrates the incredible creativity and passion of our building partners.  For our premiere, we are focusing the spotlight on the following themes:

  • Botanicals / Nature

  • Art: Including Mosaics and Sculpture

  • Castle, Pirates, Steampunk, and Fantasy

  • Planes, Trains, and Modulars:  City, Trains, Modulars (L-gauge or any gauge)

  • Literary / Historical / Military

  • Micro-scale: Smaller scale than a mini fig

  • Pop Culture: Including Movie Posters, Screen Scenes, Video Games and Music

  • Technic / Robotics / GBC

  • Disco Brick: Celebrating discontinued themes, such as Bionicle, Blacktron, Scala, and Fabuland

  • Science Fiction (or is it?):  Lucas, Roddenberry, Herbert, Asimov, Anderson, Manga and more

  • Space:  Classic, Moonbase, NASA, JPL, and ESA

  • Collaboration: Working as a group to create something wonderful. (We’re going to need a bigger table.)

Please choose the theme that most directly relates to your MOC. This will determine the first sort for display placement within the convention.

An important reminder: We are bringing together brick fans of all ages. With that in mind, please keep your creations rated PG-13.  And let’s keep politics outside the venue. After all, we are coming together to celebrate brick. BrickCentric reserves the right to pull any MOC that does not follow our guidelines/rules.
