Liablity: BrickCentric and BricksCentric, LLC are not liable for theft, loss and/or damage to personal property.

Taking Photos and Recording Video: No problem unless a fellow guest, builder or panelist asks you not to record them. When in doubt, ask.

Registering, purchasing a pass, or general admission ticket: You are granting BrickCentric and BricksCentric, LLC and its representatives the right to capture and use photographs and electronic media featuring your likeness. You are authorizing BrickCentric and BricksCentric, LLC to edit, publish and distribute these images for promotional purposes in all formats currently available and what could be available in the future, waiving all rights to inspect or approve the final edited material. Also, all claims to royalties or compensation related to the use of your images are void, as your rights have been relinquished.

These images could be posted on all public media websites including but not limited to: Facebook, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, our website or news organizations invited to our event.

For your safety, Convention Passes must be worn at all times. General Admission ticket bands must be worn at all times, and entry and exit provisions must be respected.
